Follistim Injection Night 1

I was a total chicken shit and made Billy give me the needle......after telling him "wait, wait, wait" about 50 times. LOL..but I have to laugh because the anticipation for the needle was worse than the actual injection which didn't hurt at all.

So there we were, standing in the kitchen....my phone set to play the instructional video, all of our supplies spread out on the counter. Billy and I followed each step exactly like the video was showing us.....like 2 dorks - unscrew pen, take out vial, rub with alcohol, screw pen together, tap pen, wipe injection site.........you get the picture. Now comes the fun part - The Injection (insert 1950's crime-drama music). I don't know, the thought of poking myself with a needle made my knees weak. Billy, on the other hand, had no problem. I think he secretly enjoyed it. I mean, how many times do you really get to legally stab your wife with something?

So far I have no side effects, just a small headache but I am not sure if that is from the Follistim or just a headache. Tonight is dose No. 2. Maybe I will grow a set and do it myself....HA! Who am I kidding??? No I won't. Wish me luck!!!
